Theoretical modules, and practical hands-on green skills building

Foundation theory modules cover global sustainability issues and how they interconnect with food sector specific challenges, current and emerging legislation, and technology and reporting platforms relevant for food businesses to quantify, track and report on their sustainability goals

Further modules provide teams with effective sustainability strategies to implement efficient workflows and to help them implement sustainable sourcing strategies, create sustainable recipes and menus, cut waste and costs, and attract more health and environmentally aware customers, to be more sustainable and profitable

Flexible locations & times to suit your business

All our Training modules have been designed to be able to be ‘pick n’ mix’ so that they can be tailored to the unique needs of each business. You can start with our Foundation courses, or any of our practical hands-on modules or even our on-farm immersive – depending on your needs.  We can train in your venues, and kitchens, and at flexible times, to minimise the interruption to your business as usual, or at one of our central London partner venues or UK wide farms
