Working with the amazingly talented Danielle McCann, creator of the Not Just Nibbles kids home cooking kits, we created child-friendly recipes for kids to re-create at home, to help them learn how to cook healthy meals in a fun educational way. Recipes centred around global inspired dishes, to teach kids about global cuisines, plus also around key themes – e.g. Halloween, Circus theme. All recipes we created were to be plant-based, free-from allergens where possible, and also maximising local UK grown produce, but complemented by global additions
Gorgeous Peruvian burger filled with sweetcorn, quinoa and sweet potato which we have paired with an Aji verde sauce. In Peru, Aji Verde is a traditional spicy green sauce that can be used with a variety of dishes. Our version is fresh, colourful, and tangy, and a little less spicy than the traditional Peruvian version, which is better for the little ones.
