The Sustainable Kitchen Consultants team designed the menu, and overall food ethos for Linnaean, with a fully gluten-free menu, majority plant-based, and largely dairy-free menu, meaning the menu is able to be enjoyed by a very large customer basis, regardless of their dietary needs,
