Our Founder, Julie Cleijne, was speaker at the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA) Foodprint event, to provide insight into making plant-based menus mainstream.
Julie presented in the Breakout Session – ‘Cooking up the future – getting creative with veg-led menus’, designed for chefs and menu developers, to help them understand how they can shape a shift in food culture, so that plant-based eating can become more of the norm.
