An absolute pleasure to cater for the Clean Cooking Alliance team, ahead of the Ashden Awards at the
Royal Geographical Society including Her Excellence Samira Bawumia, Second Lady of the Republic of Ghana. Wonderful to support a great environmentally positive cause – clean fuel cooking stoves in developing countries.
We developed a menu specifically in keeping with the theme of the event, considering locally available produce, and cooking styles of the countries where the clean fuel stoves are being implemented.
